Mondo is the 'unknown' member of Team Rocket. Only known of in the CD Drama and a Book,Mondo makes no apperances in the show.
Just by looking at him,he looks considerably younger than the other members. Mondo is 'backup' for the team and provides them with supplies and the necessary.
He also has a crush on Jessie(Musashi). Typical for someone like him! He is also known to be a hyper kid, very happy.
